Amelia National
Amelia National, a Tom Fazio Golf Community is the crown jewel golf community off Amelia Island. Flora Parke
Long-standing reputation as a wonderful neighborhood and great place to raise a family. Centrally located along the SR 200/ A1A corridor, Flora Parke has attracted many local and relocating families. Flora Parke is being developed in stages and will probably not be built out for several more years.

At present all homes are constructed on either 40 foot wide lots or 50 ft lots. There is a small community area near the western entrance to the subdivision. As with all subdivisions in this portion of the county, unusual crime is not a factor. Great place to raise a family.

Hickory Village
Hickory Village is the final stage of development with all new homes having been purchased. Very convenient to Yulee High School and Yulee Middle School. The properties actually are adjoining. Prices range from $175,000.00 to $365,000.00 and square footage from 1300 to 2800. This community is very well maintained.
